We developed an integrated landscape and public realm strategy for this landmark high-rise business complex in the heart of the capital. The strategy strengthened the project’s architectural identity, improved spatial efficiency, and enhanced user comfort. Our solutions elevated environmental performance and ensured full alignment with LEED sustainability standards, making the development both energy-efficient and environmentally responsible. As a result, the object achieved higher tenant demand, improved retention, and increased overall asset value.

iCITY is a premium office project located in the very center of the business life of the city, which uses the most modern solutions. The architectural concept of the project was developed by renowned international architect Helmut Jahn. Two towers with heights of 147 and 258 meters are connected to each other at the podium level.
